Please discontinue all topical retinoids (prescription and over-the-counter), benzoyl peroxide, and other topical prescription acne medications at least 7 days before your appointment. Please also let me know if you are taking Accutane (isotretinoin), have recently completed a course of isotretinoin, or are taking any medications that may increase skin sensitivity. If you're unsure whether your skincare products or medications may affect waxing, please reach out prior to your visit.
